So we've elected some clueless wine spitting yat as decider of what is and what's not antiquated? And he's deemed the fricking BEEF RIBEYE antiquated? This country is going to shite faster than I thought...

I thought it was evident the discussion was about the presentation always associated with prime rib. Not rib meat in general. Sorry your old arse is offended by another voicing a dissenting opinion.

I thought the discussion was about the Prime Rib (Ribeye, Rib Roast, Rib Roll etc). A juicy, flavorful cut of red meat when done properly, in my dissenting opinion. The discussion quickly got turned into Grandma Mildred's version of prime rib they served at Tina Sue's wedding and the Prime Rib the Ameristar comps you when you drop a car note in their slot machines. That version is not worth a shite, and is indeed tired and worn out. I would not judge a ribeye roast based off that no more than I would a ribeye steak based on the Waffle House version.

And I'm not old.
