She is small and doesn't have a tremendous stand up game.
I still think her stamina and fighting prowess would take over.
The average man throws a terrible punch, not enough to knock her down/out. That would be the only way. And you would tire quickly and make an error allowing her to get you to the ground and finish you quickly.

An average guy, yes. But someone who's 6'3, in excellent shape, and has had training in martial arts could probably hold his own.
Then again, MMA and boxing stamina is definitely very different than just being in good shape.
