Nobody had E's flow at that point in time. Cube was a lyrical genius in the genre, and wrote E's lyrics, but Dre puts beats to Cube's lyrics and E's style.

he may have wrote the vast majority of their lyrics, along with the DOC, but eazy was the biggest star of them all

It's widely known that Cube and MC Ren wrote most of the lyrics and hooks. Eazy E was the record company connect and some writing. Dre and Yella were the producers.
