No

Compiled from multiple sources so I can't just give a definitive one because I don't remember. That's how it went down though.

Your attempts at bashing Miles and our players are futile, though, and I hope you are promptly banned so that we don't have to endure your shitposting.

You think Miles is going to publicize the team punish for Jennings, Bain & Thomas?

He is openly welcoming Jennings to compete for the starting QB position, despite the fact that he was arrested less than a month ago for unlawfully entering a dwelling, with the charges still pending.

If any "punishment" was issued behind closed doors, it was obviously missing some key components.

Jennings didn't unlawfully enter anything. Dwayne Thomas is the one who kicked down the door and trespassed.

OK, well maybe say that instead of saying "I gots it from dem sources" if you want any kind of intelligent response.

But as I said, even if that's exactly how it went down, it's still a huge infraction and he shouldn't be welcomed to compete for the opening QB job so soon and with the charges still pending.

Jennings didn't unlawfully enter anything.

If you enter a dwelling with permission under a false premise, it's still unlawful. Given the facts, any reasonable jury is going to think it's far more likely than not that Jennings had conspired with his two friends to obtain the property using any means necessary, up to and including lying/kicking down shite. Why else would he have brought hotheaded "back up" with him?

Do I really need to prove my intelligence to you?

You're the consensus fool here.

What the frick else do you want? Jennings is currently suspended from all team activities. You want him beheaded or burned at the stake as well?

Like I already said, Jennings is already suspended. I'm sure once the legal matters are resolved, there will be behind the scenes punishment(running) & playing time taken away, possibly a game or two. What other punishments that could possibly be involved is between the staff & those players involved. Sorry if no one gives a shite about what you want to happen.

For the coach not to be publicly "expecting very positive outcomes" and "anticipating on-field competition" for accused criminals shortly after they are charged? When has that ever happened before?

He's propping up the kid in the media when he doesn't deserve it. It reflects poorly on the team.

You really think these cases will go to a jury & won't end as a plea bargain to a lesser change?

You need to stop smoking that shite. You are killing off your brain cells at rapid pace.

You are seriously one dumb muthafricka. Maybe, just maybe, Miles was referring to a positive outcome, as in Jennings personal growth as young man from a negative situation? Has that ever crossed your mind?

He was asked a frickin question about Jennings & gave an answer. There is no "propping up" going on here. The charges are going to get lessened & Miles simply gave an answer as what will occur after that happens. Get the frick over it.

I never said that, but the probable outcome for the defendant at trial is kind of what serves as the basis for plea deals.

Interesting take.

I think as a 20 year old in college, I know I would have acted stupidly if my shite was stolen fwiw.

Regardless, a hard lesson learned for the young man either way.

The police could have easily charged all three with the lesser misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass but nope that's not how law enforcement ensures an easy conviction for the prosecution.

quote:

4. CRIMINAL TRESPASS

§63. Criminal trespass

A. No person shall enter any structure, watercraft, or movable owned by another without express, legal, or implied authorization.

B. No person shall enter upon immovable property owned by another without express, legal, or implied authorization.

C. No person shall remain in or upon property, movable or immovable, owned by another without express, legal, or implied authorization.

I'm sure Miles knows alot more about this situation then you or I or probably anyone that posts on the rant. It's his decision on how he wants to punish the athletes that are involved in this matter. We are all just a bunch of idiots behind keyboards, with some of us being bigger idiots than others (looking at you HotSeat).

Just admit that you hate Jennings, despise Miles and aren't even a Tiger fan. Drink some warm milk and have your mommy put you to bed. It will be okay come tomorrow little tyke.

What is up with the overreacting here? Is our fan base really this "unstable" these days? Or did I just catch the board at a bad time...

They were let in the 2nd time, and Jennings wasn't even there when the roomie opened the door and let them in.

The first time they went into the apartment is when they entered a dwelling without authorization. The roomie was coming back from class, walked into his apartmenf, closed the door and walked in. Then he heard the door open and turned and saw Jennings, DT, and Bain walk in. This is where they searched the roomies room, saw he didn't have any of the items, and told the roomie if Jennings didn't have his stuff back by 2:00 something was gonna happen.

That was when they got hit with the charge. Jennings wasn't even with them the 2nd time when DT busted down the door and took the stuff back, which is why he got the burglary charge as well.

A lot of people think it was the 2nd time when they were let in when they got the unauthorized entry charge. But it was from earlier that day. I mean how could it be the 2nd time when Jennings wasn't even with them? How could he get an unauthorized entry of a dwelling charge when he wasn't even with them the 2nd time? And it's because the charge was from the 1st time they went to the apartment and just opened the door and walked in. That's the unauthorized entry charge.

That said.... OP is a retard
