Comparing apples and oranges when comparing players of different sports. There are a whole lot more 1-hit wonders in the NFL than the NBA. You see QBs like McCown post 2013 numbers a lot more often than you see a PF/player do what AD did last year.
If you think about it, Harden is kind of a 1-hit wonder too, don't you think?
He only recently elevated his game this past year just like...AD
