Like, I guess alot of the people who weren't football fans at all to begin with that not wear who dat shirts do exist though.... like alot of women and stuff

Both top 2 are absolutely stupid.
Every saints fan I know is close in proximity and grew up saints fans..
Bandwagon fans tend to jump on more major cities than New Orleans..
Having a boost of support from the local community after a devastating event does not equal bandwagon. People rallied around the team to unite. It just so happens we got good.

eh...being at LSU in 2005 and maybe seeing one or two saints related things a day and a good amount of cowboys and packers stuff to seeing like 20 saints items per class in 2006 kind of makes me think there are plenty of bandwagoners.
