I thought Duck Dynasty was locked in for 2-3 years?

It was the Duck Commander Independence Bowl presented by CenturyLink. Probably not a good sign when you need a secondary sponsor in addition to the title sponsor.

Hopefully this time the city wakes up and passes the 1.25% hotel tax which will help upgrade facilities. Last time is was up for a vote, people saw "tax" and blindly voted against it even though it was only an additional tax on hotel guests. Not citizens of the city.

To be fair, Centurylink sponsors EVERYTHING in the area. They must drop millions just on local deals.
