I'll go with young white male with mental disorders (which no one will talk about) and this shooting will somehow be connected to or associated with some form of racist KKK beliefs or leanings and/or will be connected to the Confederate Flag in some form.
At least that's what the mainstream news outlets will be hoping for and will speculate as the reason for the shooting.

It'll all be South Carolina's fault somehow or another. There's a KKK rally at our State House this weekend and the Black Panthers have said they will be there as well. This is not going to be good.
