Dehydration is plausible. Even though that practice was indoors, others hsve probably been outside.

Especially when his schedule is so strenuous and still new to him. I remember hearing him on AFR telling scone how crazy his new routine is.

I actually think that is typical for most ER situations, BP is a vital sign so you keep track of that in the Hospital and Ambulance for some patients non stop.
but it is likely dehydration or something similar.

I imagine he'll get a full battery of tests just to make sure before they clear him to get back out there. I take it as a good sign that he wasn't on oxygen or hooked up to any monitors when they were loading him up.
