yea of course he does..... on earth. A place with limited resources.

Idk if you are sarcastically acting like one of those Batman apologists but i think it is great how people just have to try and explain how a human with only human technology can take down God's.

i was thinking about this but im not sure how the banner/hulk dynamic would go over. it could work, but i cant think of a counterpart that dc has for that character.
He is strength and power out of control. He is superman without the control.

He is basically a comic writer trump card.

His character doesn't fit into DC without his ultimate superpower...the power to escape anything.

He is the ultimate tactician, a power which is, in the end, unbeatable. It's one of the reasons I don't like him when he isn't in his own world.

well if put in a gods mind. But he is humans. humans make mistakes and forget things. So that is the major flaw.

but i do agree with you. He and Ironman are basically the same character and would be neat to work together.

Well, Hulk isn't as mindless as Doomsday, and Doomsday was given intelligence at one point.

Basically, if you take the original Doonsday, Hulk is more than just the power and rage.

It's simple. Bruce Wayne has money to pay for special suits, batmobiles, and bat planes. Wolverine doesn't. I'm not saying that Wolverine could not survive in DC, I'm just simply saying that Batman has the money and resources that allow him to keep up with heroes like Superman and Wonder Women. I'm sure you could make an argument that Wolverine could do fine in DC, that's cool. I personally think that Batman has a better chance because of his resources.

Definitely. People don't often consider that, but Batman's money is a superpower itself.

i dont care about wolverine, but batmans money, is in fact a limited resource. as well as his brain power as i pointed out above. But like i said i just like to continue to point out the humor in the Batman apologists and how far fetched it is even in a made up world.

Like Scruffy said, Batman is great in his own world. But to try to even explain him in the world of God's is humorous.

What bothers me about batman, in anything that is considered "super human"..was the "dodging of Darkseid's omega beam".

From Marvel, I would like to see the Punisher (while not necessarily a "hero") in the DC Universe. He seems the absolute opposite of most of DC's characters. He would instantly create interesting stories. Especially in Gotham.

I agree with this. That would be interesting for sure.

I would like to see Magneto and Lex Luthor teaming up.

frick, another batman derailed thread.

quite simply, yes a simple human is the most feared character. that in itself should prove as an example of how great of an actual character he must be. he doesnt have ridiculous powers to tell stories. his character propels the story.

Exactly. He threw an enemy in the way.

In Marvel could be interesting. I could see him going after or manipulating Reed Richards and the FF.

But then again, maybe he would be just like Doc Doom......

That's the issue. Every character that you crossover basically has a counterpart already in the other universe.

I understand where you're coming from but I guess I just never see these type of comments when Iron Man was fighting Thor and Hulk in the Avengers movies. I don't remember anyone having a problem with Hawkeye taking down SHIELDs flying fortress (with arrows no less) with five Avengers on board either.
