I'm one of the ones who believes in personal responsibility for self-defense. That's not a gun for everyone, just some type of force multiplier, some practice with the force multiplier you choose, and situational awareness. Hell, it might not even be a force multiplier. Maybe you just practice running fast from cover to cover. Fair enough, the important thing is to get home to your family. Or your apartment full of cats.

I carry and train and I've been accused of paranoia and "living in fear" and all that...whatever. It's not paranoia to understand that horrible things happen, and that they can happen to you, regardless of the odds.
