I hate Jindal, but the ROI on this will be very solid for Louisiana.
I'd rather keep my money than pay people to move here.

Threaten to leave. Hopefully your business is big enough to provide you leverage.

It isn't necessarily if his business is big enough, but does it derive the majority of its revenues from outside the state? If not, is just another substitution of local/state revenues.

Dupuy and a few others are going over from CB&I, formerly Shaw.
Jim Bernhard is rebuilding with his Shaw people. Wonder what this means for CB&I staying in BR.

Jim is spending a lot of $$$ these last few months. It's going to be fun to watch how this plays out over the next few years. Just the last month has been interesting CB&I in BR has scrambling to get things back in order after last week.

While the media keeps complaining because Jindal won't raise tax, the Gov keeps on working to improve LAs economy. But keep on complaining OT, carry on.

Damn, Louisiana has to pay people to move there now.

LA's economy is thriving under Jindal. State tax revenue is down, not the economy.

Yes, states pay corporations to move to their state, genius.
The cost is minimal compared to the long-term taxes and employment monies the state will make.
Damn you are dumb

Could you please provide some type of evidence that backs your opinion.
I'd prefer GDP growth rate comparisons, non-farm employment figures, and other metrics of your choice that measure the outlook of an economy

Do you think Texas doesn't offer incentives for corporate re-locations?
