My biggest gun pet peeve is that every shot in a battle is a kill shot, like bullet hits are instant death 90% of the time.

Someone once told me you don't use a defibrillator on a person who has flatlined, only CPR. Dunno how true that is, but you see doctors shocking flatliners in movies all the time.

That is correct. No heartbeat no shock. They just get the heart back in rhythm
I wouldn't try it by new ones won't shock you if your heartbeat is normal. But don't test that out

How about fights. One hit frequently ends it. Sometimes a person can be tripped and it's over.

They almost never run out of bullets until the perfect time. I know the capacity of a good bit of guns, and they go double, triple, and quadruple over sometimes.
