They are pretty liberal with the word built right. They put up the structure in three weeks, but no way they did the plumbing, electrical, etc.

Pretty cool, but I think built should mean finished.

The story is misleading, it does not consider all the planning, the 4 months building the modules, the facilities that had to be built prior to the modules being fabricated (that type of facility its self probably took a year to construct) the site prep work that took place, etc.

In reality it was probably over 5 years to construct.

It looks unstable to the naked eye.

Condo complex I'm moving into has 45 stories and took a year and a half to build. You couldn't pay me to get in this pictured building.
