I grew up listening to John Ferguson & Jim Hawthorne has had the job so long I realize how old I really am gonna miss Jim Hawthorne

56 I'm embedding your image for all to see here. You can just sense the emotion there. JH will surely be missed, while we would have loved to send him off with a win it has been a pleasure listening to him all these years.

As much emotion as I had hearing him log off this time, I cant even imagine what football is going to be like. Will be a very emotional time. Would be nice for LSU to play his final farewell from DV over the speaker system for those at the game.
