Outside of 2009, LSU has only won 1 game at the CWS since 2000.

15 years... 1 win...

I know it's not really fair to ignore 2009. But still, outside of that amazing run, LSU has sucked it up in Omaha.

One of them happened to us, I remember it well- Southern Cal. We beat them the 1st game, they came back and beat I believe it was Miss. St. & Florida, then beat us twice (our bats went cold) & So. Cal beat Arizona St. in a wild game 20-15 game to claim the Championship.

Post season ball is pitiful. Our regional and super were a joke and we still played like crap. Hoping they win, but man we take a dive in the post season now.

and USC did it in 1998.

pretty sure that was to LSU and we hit like 8 bombs or something. Still can't believe LSU didn't win it that year

USC lost the first one in 1998 to the Tigers, then went on to beat us twice to get into the final and win

Surprised it took so long for someone to mention this. Must be too many young tiger fans here. Cause this one hurt. The winds shifted and so did LSU's bats. Otherwise, LSU would have gone on to win the national title in 98.
