We took our 2 year old to San Diego it was a blast. Key West, same. We just got back from a week in Colorado with a 1 year old and 3 year and it was awesome though that's not really an option when you are looking to go.
Good for you. Whatever you do hope you enjoy it, just don't get roped into the Disney trap.
