Sadly I watched that in depth analysis.
I love how tubby mentions "sacks". Yup he's done.
News to the world. Drew is aging.

I actually watched it, made me scratch my head, and then hit my head

That was horrible, but one thing to point out is that Jason Cole and Sean Payton are very close friends.

"look at his numbers from last year"
4952 yards
...over the hill
4952 yards

Honestly, look at his numbers the past 3 years. They have declined, no doubt, but look at what happened as well.
Colston began to age, interior protection also began to age, and young guys didn't step up when given opportunities.
Last year, he was one of the best QBs when he had to make something happen after the pocket collapsed. Yes his INT numbers are up, yes his sack numbers are up, and that is why CSP revamped his offense.
1. Got Unger to shore up the inside barring health
2. Got Spiller to give him that "X" factor RB that his offense requires. Dink and dunk when necessary right?
3. Got Peat to give them a 3rd solid OT and possibly even shift the line around

I wasn't aware of this. While Brees is still a very good quarterback & he shouldn't be faulted for the issues along the offensive line, I don't understand why some have chose to quickly dismiss some of the points of the video.
People seem to forget that Brees' shoulder has been surgically repaired. At some point even pitchers & quarterbacks who haven't had major arm surgeries begin to lose velocity towards the latter part of their careers. The chances that Brees begins to lose some velocity a bit sooner than those is definitely real.
People must remember also that the players go through thorough physicals & medical exams. You have to believe the team doctors have monitored Drew's shoulder very closely on a yearly basis since he was first signed. It could be that the doctors are beginning to see early signs of deterioration in his shoulder.
The fact that the organization chose Garrett Grayson, (pro style, short term project) over Bryce Petty (spread, long term project) in this past draft, should have been an eye opener for every Saints fan.
When the real decline does come for Brees, it's going to be quick & most fans won't see it coming. I much rather the proactive approach the organization took in this draft rather to be blindsided with no back up plan in place.

Those are good points but it also makes for the lack of attention to the guard positions this offseason a head scratcher. Drew is going to have to be more protected up front more now than ever before in his career. While the addition of Unger is great, poor guard play this season will negate the positive upgrade he brings to the line. They all have to work in sync to be successful. Even Brady (early last season) & Manning (late last season) looked like dog shite when their respective offensive lines had issues. Brees is no different.
I just hope Payton & the rest of the organization is correct in feeling that Jahri Evans can bounce & that Tim Lelito can be solid. If not, all the positive additions & player development at other positions will suffer if there isn't a significant improvement on the interior of the offensive line. It all begins & ends up front.

He lost more than one game by throwing an INT on the last possession.

The Saints just improved their offensive line in the offseason a lot by acquiring Unger. I'm a firm believer that Unger will immediately make the two guards better by default. They added Mount Peat to the tackles...I think the Saints recognized that Drew Brees is aging by making sure his protection is upgraded and effective. Job well done, Saints.

is that something to do with age?
because i think wilson lost the Super Bowl like that and he is what 26?

Brees most definitely not the QB we saw in 2009. I go further to say, that after his hold out, he's been on a decline.
