no.
because i know the city like the back of my hand and have NEVER EVER ONCE felt anything like i felt in NOLA or HOUSTON or BATON ROUGE or ATL.
not even once.
and a few years back i was out riding my bike all over downtown at all hours of the night during my 'divorced single' days.
that includes everything from east nashville to the gulch to midtown to 12 south and then home.

No one is arguing that. We're laughing at your ridiculous assertion that it's as dangerous as New Orleans, Atlanta, Jackson, etc
