Seems like an 8 month pregnant woman would take the necessary steps to avoid confrontation that might lead to undue stress or physical harm of her child.

It does not matter what the woman did or didn't do. The cop chose to escalate to a dangerous situation and try to arrest her when there was no crime being committed.
What is it with you retard cops and charging resisting arrest without any other crime being listed?

Oh look another cop saying that everything will be okay if we just all cower before them even when we haven't broken the law and there is no danger involved.
