Papers? Did they ask to see her social security card and recent mortgage statement? They asked her what her name was so they could fricking document what happened, which is exactly what they told the first woman they were going to do.

and she refused to give it which is her legal right in California.
the cop then told her she'd have two minutes to call to check about having to give her name but instead of waiting to the two minutes for her to calm down he gave her 20 seconds and started grabbing at her and pushed her up against a fence.
Why are you ignoring that she wasnt required to give her name or that the cop flat out lied to her face about letting her have time to call to confirm if she had to give up her name?
