State law says they have to release the Public records. Bypassing the law and asking for an opinion on whether they have to obey the law is a stall tactic.
Imagine a few bureaucrats in a conference room, running in circles, sweating, guzzling Pepto Bismol, and trying to figure out what to do. They know they are screwed.
They thought the property grab was going to be a windfall. They thought they were in the clear because the media seemed to buy their stories.
Wait until the mainstream and tabloid media realize their is some sensationalism to be exploited.

Yep and after reading the Yahoo News report i linked a page back, I think at long last some of the MSM are starting to finally take notice and sense that there is something very wrong that's happened and continues to happen in Waco, Texas.
