What happens when a white guy walks down the street with a AR-15 versus what happens when a black guy walks down the street with same gun and same laws.

It's fake because the camera wouldn't be held sideways for the black guy version

Pretty stupid for anyone (black, white or blue) to carry an AR-15 down the street.

My take on it is that you can see how other officers react after the first one freaks out. If the officer talking to the white guy would've freaked out, the same shite would've happened.

Had the first cop in the black situation been calm, everything would've turned out fine. He probably called in that the guy was running down the street pointing his AR at people, and needed backup to roll in heavy

2011 stastics:
Black percentage of population - 12%
Murder/homicide percent done by blacks - 49.7%

That may play a part in this too!!!

So for all of their talk of the only difference being black, anyone think it was coincidence that the white guy had his weapon slung over his back where the black guy had it (probably uncomfortably) hung at the side for a quicker draw.

Nah, that didn't play a role in the response at all.

I loved how they were eager to say what they were doing, saying he was being arrested just for having hands behind back when he was just holding him for the check.

Why did the video stop there? Was he arrested?

The cop for the black guy reminded me of the nervous subway cop in Diehard With A Vengeance.

Didn't watch but you're an idiot to walk down the street with an AR.

The one guy looks respectable and the other looks like a gang banger is the first thing that jumped out at me. The other thing to consider is that police know the vast majority of violent crime is caused by people who look like the guy in the second video.

SOOOO many different factors come into how each person was treated.

Who the cops were, where they were, who the perp was, was he a suspect, was he doing something suspicious prior to cops arriving, were their major complaints, did he comply, did he say something aggressive, was he pointing it, did he just commit a crime, is he a known felon?

More and more.

..but no, obviously its racism

I've never seen a survey/study concluded after getting opinions from one person in the situation, but ok.
