Report came from Shea Dixon.
I can't link the article because it's VIP but according to Shea's sources, Harris is viewed by the coaches as one of the most talented young players in the conference and he is showing signs of grasping the offense. The general feeling is that Harris is not only more talented, but if Harris continues on this trajectory, he will have the decided edge over Jennings in the opinion of Miles and Cameron. Things appear to be looking up for Brandon Harris.

I truly am starting to feel this way as well. He's too talented to not just be the guy if the alternatives aren't all that.

bullshite. Dude in the Whitfield thread said Harris is incapable of getting away from his "run first" ways that he has relied on his entire career.

I'm not surprised. I still expect Les to keep saying the same BS about playing both until week 2, but I'm confident that by then Harris will be 'the guy'.

I guess this is comforting. But we'll see what happens later this summer. It would be an interesting move if Harris ended up at SEC Media Days.

Well, if Harris ISN'T the guy we are fricked.... again.
Jennings had more than sufficient time to become an SEC caliber quarterback and couldn't. He just does not have it.

This summer is going to be fun. You know who makes the final decision on who will be the starting QB?
You know who trolls LSU fans more than anyone who ever breathed a breath of air?
Yep, they are the same person and he is at it again. Eat up all this BS up and enjoy because once the season starts it will probably be a totally different story.

I'm already on this train. He should have never been expected to be a starter ready last year. That is just the impatience of today's fans and media. Guy should have always been a redshirt player, but with the bad players we had behind Jennings, he had no choice.
We don't need him gangbusters out of the box, but he should fully come into his own by game 5 or 6. We do need his play making ability though. I was telling the SEC Rant the other day, that he's going to play like a better version of Josh Dobbs, who completely turned Tennessee's season around with no run, offensive line, or defense.

Hopefully that's what they've been thinking but they've just kept it close to the vest. It's good to see them both still working on it bc I think we'll need both throughout the season at some point anyway.

the ball coming out of Harris's hand is noticeably better
and this is from last year
if he gets his mental responsibilities down he could be an all timer
