BRMHS has changed its admission policies. What private school in BR has the best social atmopshere? I know which are strongest acadmecially and has the best athletics, but Im wondering which school has well rounded kids and arts . Also, the nice and most down to earth kids too. This is for my brother. Neighbor said to lean towars U high or runnels. ( we're not white )

How has BRMHS changed their admission policies?
Genuinely curious as I haven't kept up.

Yeah, I think we all know where this is headed.
The Catholic High asses will be here soon to tell us how great that place is.

What is with all the private school threads this week? Holy hell.

So you're looking for the private school with the most art weirdos and unpronounceable last names?
Runnels.
Runnels.

You're asking which one will be most accepting of you're gay son right?

I'm very interested as well because I am hoping to send my daughter brmhs so I can afford to send my son to chs two years later. She's a nerd and into singing and piano. He is the smart athlete. So I'm parking the Chevette here for input on admission changes.
Seriously? Well frick that does concern me. What if she never makes a B in 8 years of Catholic school?

Well, it's the best school in the city, but I wouldn't encourage someone who wanted to go to BRMHS to go to CHS. Nobody there gives a frick about the arts and rightfully so.

CHS provides a well rounded education for even non-whites. And the kids will feel right at home. They'll have their own table in the lunch room. At least they did 20 years ago. Might even have two tables now.

Right but is it damned near impossible for a white girl to get in from Catholic school if she's got absolutely perfect grades and advanced classes for hs credit(next year)? And no she don't get that from me.
