Crawfish Boil : Looking for teams to compete in a boil competition

Anyone know any boilers who would be interested in creating a team for the Battle of the Boil crawfish competition. 10 teams max, 5 people per team max. Saturday, May 9th at Tin Roof Brewery from 2-6.

Why? There are 1000 ways to boil crawfish and only about 5 suck.

I boil in only water then sprinkle with seasoning after. Is that ok?

I need an answer on the water issue, Ashley. If I have to bring my own water, I'm not interested.

Yeah, we just run them on light load with vinegar and lemon juice. The claws sometimes clog up those holes. DO NOT RUN spin cycle.
