Never would have believed until a friend of mine was doing a show down in the Keys with Andrew Zimmern while I was down in Islamorada(yes Bizarre Foods
) He caught a jack & insisted on keeping it, when they got back Zimmern cleaned it & threw it on grill...I was surprised as hell at how good it was. Youtube Video LINK scroll till 21:50 and let it play
