Bones on a fly are kick arse. I've only been once (with my son actually fishing, I just followed him and the guide.). If you like to fly fish, a trip for bones is worth it.

Big trout 30" and up on a flat are as spooky & wary as any bonefish or permit......especially fly fishing for them. It really is awesome sport. When a bonefish from 6-13 pounds takes your fly or small artificial in shallow water you'll understand the thrill for sure.

With the exception of YFT, Wahoo, Cobia really don't like to freeze fish to eat later fresh is so much better.

Keeping fifty specks to freeze for later just doesn't do it for me anymore personally.....not a thing wrong with I'd just rather have fresh. Plus the limit here in Florida is no more than 6 per day with 15"minimum and only one over 20" Redfish 2 per day Not less than 18" no more than 27" total length
