The real issue is that people wanted to see Mayweather lose because of Mayweather the person and not Mayweather the boxer.
I was hoping Mayweather would knock Pac out.
People wanted a slugfest. I wanted to see knockdowns and heavy blows traded.
Yes, we all know that is how FMJ fights, but that isn't what the world wanted to see and boxing will suffer for it.

Mayweather has the ability to make the best fighters look dull. That is impressive.
He started the first two rounds like a regular fight. I think that may have thrown Manny off. He stood there.
What round did Manny catch him? 2 or 3? Was not a big shot but a clean one. Backed him up and made him cover up. I thought he was in trouble. He was not.... That was Manny's highlight. The rest of the fight was both fighter trying to get hit less. Floyd ALWAYS wins that.
I wanted a slugfest. But that is why I sat on a couch drinking beer and smarter people were involved.

You arent going to see a slugfest with Mayweather. His defense and counterpunching is too great for that
