My current diet is pretty good. I just need to restart my workout schedule.
adding a workout will kick your diet into overdrive.

I start the morning with a green shake of spinach, bananas, green apples, carrots, blueberries, nuts, and a little protein.
I eat yogurt when I get to work a couple hours later.
I eat an early "lunch" salad: spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers, and Mexican Villa hot sauce with a small salmon filet.
I have more yogurt and/or kashi cereal with skim milk in the afternoon.
My wife likes to be in control of dinner but she's pretty good about planning it. We usually have chicken breasts or thinly sliced steaks with quinoa and perhaps some fresh veggies or fruit.
I eat this food every damn day and I love it! A long time ago I reached a point where I truly enjoy eating healthy. Crap food isn't even appetizing anymore
sounds like you've got a good setup. it's all about a healthy lifestyle, not diets. just eating healthy every chance you get helps a lot. but then you throw in whatever workout routine you can and you'll be hitting your goals on no time.

It sucks this thread got anchored. It may have been my fault. I just want you to know that you look great and it's incredible the progress (and gains ) you've made.
I've been working out 6 days a week for the last two years and I look great, but I wish I were bigger. I'm beginning to think I have a tapeworm or something.

Hawg,
I'm interested in what your workouts look like. Exercises, rest periods, etc. I'm guessing you are doing small rest periods and that is counting as cardio on weight days. Something along those lines?
