It is sick depending on what they did but it's also too broad of a term to be a "sex offender" Someone could get it for pissing in public or some other dumb incident. A 17 year old kid could have to register for sleeping with his 16 year old GF.

True, but by the photos I'm going to go with there aren't many of these in the total.
Pretty messed up though. That needed to be reformed yesterday.

No shite. You need to visit the LSP site to see the Tier. That is much more telling. Tier1 is usually fricking an under age chick.
Tier2 is soliciting juveniles on the internet and shite like that.
Tier3 is kiddie porn / rape/ molesters and sick shite.
Tier2 is borderline broken and needs castration
Tier3 needs death.
Tier1 was just horny and probably learnt a valuable lesson.

exactly. sometimes the SO wants to 'play' in the vehicle in a public parking garage, etc. and i'm scared shitless these days because i feel like i'd be the one screwed and she wouldn't get so much as a slap on the wrist.
i'm down for some fun sex but honestly the thought it COULD POSSIBLY lead to me having to register as some type of sex offender sends the little fella' into hiding.
i'll just chill at my crib.
