Forced?

I'll do just 1 since it's just me and the wife...just to see if we like them or not...

Do they soak up the seasonings well?

Have not tried artichokes, but cauliflower can be hot as hell if left in the boil too long...

seasoning really gets into the crevices of the artichokes. It's awesome. I always throw some in, whole. Don't halve.
