Thank you for the clarification. The problem that I was worried about is I move everything to savings and try to keep little in my checking. I was worried about an overdraft if they pull it out.

If you'd talked to them you could already have arrangements worked out to rectify the situation in the time it took for this thread to run its course.

You should contact the payroll department and ask if they are going to ach or if you could simply write a check. Depending on state law they do have the ability to pull it back if an error was made and you agreed to such remediation when signing your DD agreement. I've had a situation not similar to yours where I had to pull back monday from an overpayment and the employee then quit..
