Sorry I went out, my wife is a professor art LSU and I'm a teacher so I never have traffic so I get home by 4

Is there a concern she may be affected by this next round of higher Ed cuts?

May not be the best time to invest 200k in a house if there's any possibility of her position getting cut

Depending on where you teach, I'd recommend these areas as they are easy for her to get to LSU:

College Hill, Kenilworth, Magnolia Woods, Oak Hills, Southdowns, Mid-city/Garden District, maybe some of the newer neighborhoods off Bluebonnet near Burbank
