CBS news just said he had a warrant out for his arrest for failure to pay child support. He had been arrested and been to jail several times in the past for the same thing.

If I was a black man getting stopped by the cops I would fear for my life. That's a damn shame when a private citizen of this country is so scared of law enforcement that he freaks out and runs and still gets killed.it seems like the passenger doesn't freak out at all which is confusing.

I don't think he ran because he was scared, I think he ran because he knew his arse was going to jail and didn't want that to happen. Still didn't deserve to be shot.
