Is it possible to forward calls with AT&T after you've lost service

but have wifi? Very often at work I have little or no cell signal, but I almost always have wifi. I'm trying to make Tasker forward my cell number to my Google Voice number whenever I connect to the wifi at work, because the lack of signal kills my battery.

Well I guess it's not possible, so I hope it works alright the way I have it set up. I usually walk through an area where I can pick up wifi before I lose the cell signal, so once wifi connects Tasker immediately forwards my cell number to my Voice number, waits 10 seconds, then turns off the cell radio. When I lose wifi, it goes in reverse and turns the cell radio back on, waits 10 seconds, then disables call forwarding.
Anybody else use Tasker and have any cool things they'd like to share?

Ahh, so I can set the "not reachable" call forwarding and just leave it on all the time, right?
edit: Man, do I feel like a dummy. I can't believe I never knew you could set call forwarding specifically for when you don't have service.

I believe so. I'm on Verizon, so can't confirm, but I have it set to forward to google voicemail on no answer.

Yeah it works perfectly, that's why I can't believe I never ran across this option before. It's even right there in my phone's call forwarding settings.
So now I just have Tasker shut off my cell radio once I'm connected to the wifi at work and I don't have to worry about making it fiddle with call forwarding before losing service. This should save me a solid 10% battery life each day. Thinking about setting another profile for when I don't have service or wifi that would turn the cell radio off, and then turn it on every few minutes to check for a signal and turn it off again.
