He will probably kill it in Lakeview as that may be the most restaurant starved part of town.

$10.95 also includes fries. I thought it was a good neighborhood place. Great for hanging out and having a beer and a burger. Very few places with nice outside space, especially in Lakeview. I think it will do well, especially when menu is expanded. I will go back.
