If/when Kappa Sig builds that new house, it may be game over for all the other farts.

Not slagging on Kappa Sig per se, but artists' renderings of palatial new houses are one of the oldest bait and switch Rush tricks in the books. If/when it gets built, it may be somewhat less impressive...

Well I know they've raised seven figures so far and are more than halfway to the goal of what they want to raise, so they may raise enough to put something impressive up.

Well, something elegant may work for sorostitutes. If I was an architect designing a frat house, I would lean toward a house the dumbasses couldn't wreck or burn down, and that would require minimal upkeep and maintenance. Otherwise it'll look like shite within three years of moving in, no matter how much it cost Concrete walls and floors would be ideal

I've seen a rendering with that in the new house.

Gutted? B/c of the stuff you explained earlier or losing members who graduated and shitty pledge classes the last few years?

They had a membership review in the fall and were one strike away from finding their asses joining Acacia. They're probably still on thin ice.

Jeeps have a greater risk to flip when they are in a stressed position due to a shorter wheel base. Specifically a Jeep Henderson.

So essentially you would construct a prison. That could work.

I've always wondered why fraternity houses aren't made of concrete and cinder blocks

I wasn't knocking it. It seems pretty ingenious if you ask me. Come time to clean up, just remove the furniture, splash some bleach on the floor/walls, wash down with a hose.

When the Reymond portrait in the leather room is upside down.....a party is afoot.

The new KS house is happening. I just hope they don't follow suit with the other dumbasses and get kicked off after building it.

The alumni in charge should keep that in check though. Classic dudes.

Lamba Chi was pretty solid in the mid to late 90s before I heard they got busted for running a bookie service out of their house again

Yes, it is. B Harrison is fully dedicated to this new house. Alumni support has been strong also

You can find this list online. I'm not leaving it up for long though

Why would Anonymous donate money to the house? After they supported occupy wall street you would think they wouldn't support a house for rich kids
