I'm waiting for Quid Pro Quo or whatever his name is to weigh in with a dissertation on how the Harris interception video is a plant by miles to get out to the media and how the receivers are to blame for the play.

The Harris INT video was orchestrated so they can name Jennings the starter. fricking Miles. This is obvious what he is trying to do.

I'm sure he'll bump one of his abortions of a thread later tonight

Of course they both threw picks in spring practice. But reading this board since spring practice, you would think Jennings was the only one throwing picks and miles was covering for him or some other retarded bull shite yall came up with.
Another person said they can't wait for the spring game because miles can't "hide" the qbs any more.
The frick is wrong with some of yall?
People are tired of the poor QB play at LSU simple as that. This is Jennings last chance to show and prove. As it stands he can't even beat out a guy who has next to no playing time in comparison to him, but managed to put up almost as many tds as he did.

Go hard or home. This is the Rant, remember?
I thought the rant was a place to share opinions about LSU sports, not each other. But fair enough...just didn't expect it to go below the belt so quickly.
I am hard on Jennings and am very open about not wanting him to be the starting QB, but truth be told I'm not writing him off. Every time LSU takes the field, no matter if it's Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris, Jamarcus Russell or Jesse Daigle under center, I know we can win. Just makes me nervous that he seems to be taking a little longer than past Miles QB's to become a competent passer. They all took time to develop but we saw a little of what they could do early on, and that's one thing I missed last year from AJ. It makes it a bigger leap of faith, but I'll absolutely enjoy watching him improve to the tune of a couple more wins. 10-2, top 12 finish and a new years 6 bowl would be a nice accomplishment.

Everyone is.
But this board has handed the starting job to Harris without even seeing if the kid has progressed. Based solely on potential. Not play. ...and if Jennings even steps foot on the field at practice, theres a meltdown of biblical proportions every single time

Yep, and Jennings and Miles was destroyed immediately for it.
Harris does it....when there is absolutely no one even in the screen ...and us refuted by a video of Jennings throwing a pick and "oh, they both throw picks. No big deal. It's ok since Jennings does it.""Oh, it was just Adams that baited him into it."
Because it wasn't the awful decision Harris made at all.
This is my take on the two picks, one shows a lack of arm strength, talent, accuracy, or something physical. The other pick is wtf was that?!
Jennings pass ran out of gas.
Harris pass had me wondering wtf did I just watch?! It was so bad it had me thinking was this some kind of drill they are running or something???

I think this is misunderstood. If Harris can't pass Jennings, we've got problems. I think people are desperately wanting Harris to step up.

And how much of the springs practices have you seen besides a few clips posted online by some of the media & by the players? How much practice film have you broken down to come to this conclusion? The truth is, nobody knows a damn thing about the quarterback competition except the players & coaches right now. No one can logically draw any type of realistic conclusions until getting some visuals of both Harris & Jennings in the spring game.

I'm wanting him to pass him as well.
Problem is, if the kid isn't good enough, people automatically think Miles just loves seniors and it has nothing to do with performance without seeing any of them play at practice.

I'll answer for him
zero. He has seen zero.

The ND game is when I realized the problems Jennings have can't be fixed in the film room or during drills. Even the pass he threw to Diarse was behind him. jennings claimed he was getting all the #1 snaps prior to the bowl game and he looked no more improved from his last bowl game.

harris threw one of the pick 6's. there's now video up.
It appears he was throwing to a receiver running an out route. Just a great play and read of the QB by Adams picking it off near the line of scrimmage. I'm not sure from that angle if it would have been completed based on where Paris was because we can't see the receiver in the video.
However, that particular play was not a pick 6.

So that's it? His sophomore year, one game, tells you that he can't improve? He can't move forward? He will never get any better whatsoever?

On cue.
Justifying Harris' pick. It's ok. Just a great DB play.
No. It was a horrible decision. Awful throw.

This comes from the horse's mouth
"There isn't much separation at the QB position"
