Same thing I've been saying about this area since I moved, just a few less f-bombs. EBR parish is one of the worst littered areas I've lived in - and nobody seems to care. Watched a car at a red light the other day throw a baby diaper out of the window at the intersection of Airline/Siegen.

When you remove your preconceived notions to become a simple observer in this situation, the hilariousness of the audacity it takes for someone to pull this off is very obvious.

I'm all for the inmates cleaning up like 480 said, but I'd prefer is everyone would just quit littering, period.

I don't find the trash bad at all.. I hardly ever see people litter anything except cigarette butts and stuff flying out of a truck bed.
My dad said the trash used to be much, much worse.
