Hard for me to find sympathy for the dog.
Ive been in a lot of situations where dogs on and off a leash have chased me to either lick/play or bite me. People need to control their dogs if they are going to take them out in public.

It's not about being scared. It's about responsibility and not wanting to get bit by a little piece of shite dog. Would you like to get bit by a 10 oz rat or bat? I think not.
The probability of a rat or bat having a disease is FARR greater than a dog having a disease. This was also in a highly populated area, thus you would be fricking stupid to think the dogs are not owned. Do you wash your hands like 80 times a day ?

Owners fault. Put your fricking dog on a leash. People think they can be irresponsible pet owners because "it's just a small dog". Well, this is the shite that happens.
Just so you know. There's no law stating if your dog is not on a leash, then anyone can kill it.

This is an argument a 13 year old girl would make. Dont want your dog hurt, keep it on leash. Could have easily been a german shepherd in a bad mood on the other side of the corner that could have killed it as well.
Argue with 13 year old girls much? So you're saying the human should have as much reason/critical thinking ability as a German Shepherd? What a dumb fricking human. Is this how you would respond as a 13 year old?

No, you won't
And if your dog runs up to me off a leash I'm kicking a 50 yard field goal

Smallest dog I own now is 120lbs... I'd get a good laugh.
Moot point really. I keep mine on leashes when they are in public, they pretty much only go to zippy's and tractor supply though.

See, how hard is that?
People are assholes. They think everyone else should like their dogs as much as they do.

Exactly. Its Comply or Die in here for this little pug owner. do we have some cops in this thread?
my old lady doesnt always have her dog on a leash in our front yard or at the creek/river/lake. it's more likely to pee on you than bite you. but it's probably twice as deadly as a Pug.
Is it just open season on dogs?
People that kill other people's dogs deserve to have their arse kicked.

Dude if you would murder a human being for punching your dog that is chasing and biting them, then you are an absolute psycho that shouldn't be allowed in general population

But man don't you get it?
The pussies in this thread are scared to death of this so bad so they have to kick it.

BTW even a 15 pound dog can put a bite on you if you're not vigilant.

Those who would punt a pug are kind of pussies.
A large dog, yes. You can plant your knee into their chest. But you can't just punt a pug.
As for the dead comment, eh, not dead... But in a your word against mine situation, one of us won't be walking away. The prosecutor can figure the rest out.
