From a friend that's a 1L at Tulane law on a full ride "I wish I would've gone to LSU if I wasn't near the top of the class I'd try to transfer. I'm one of only 5 people in the class from Louisiana. The northerners all suck, and are pricks. I prefer studying and hanging out with the Loyola law students."

given that the "one of only 5" thing is an abject falsehood, I would also question the other assertions (near top of class, and full ride).
Louisiana students had a clear plurality in my class, and I seriously doubt that has changed significantly since I graduated. I had awesome friends there from Louisiana, elsewhere in the south, out west, midwest, NE, and abroad. There were plenty of d-bags, as there are anywhere, but they were a small %.

As a 2L at Tulane who is from LA, this guy sounds like a douche and is probably not in the top of the class
