Are you seriously talking about banging some mom of 3, whose husband is accused of sexual battery on a 12 year old?
Well….yeah….I mean, not right away. I know she has a lot of stuff to sort out. Maybe I will start another thread requesting the OT's advice on what the proper waiting period would be before I pursue it…...

I think that's an excellent idea and would make for great reading. Do it!

Couldn't be any worse than the various "do farts tray good" type threads.

Maybe homeboy was getting a little side action from the girls mom, this could explain why he didn't want to admit being there at first. Girl found out about it, got pissed about something one day and decided to get some revenge?
This is certainly a possibility. Kids lie frequently for more reasons than you can imagine. Even in situations like this one.
I would err on the side of believing the young girl but would never be shocked if she was making this all up. I hope the authorities have more evidence than just "he said she said" before ruining this guys life.

Exactly the point I was making earlier…and that is what I questioned. IF…and a big IF…….but IF all the authorities have is her story….and his story….but no physical evidence or anything, then what do they do?

Probably come after you for being pretty damned creepy in this thread.
If accusations lead to an arrest in these situations... And then the suspect lies about staying at her house, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what he did.

I never realized how much I didn't like central until I left it

This reminds me of texas coach mack brown saying that the evangel high school football coach was a "good boy". is a teacher having a student as a side piece being a "good boy" because mack brown thinks so.

That's still not enough to convict the man though.

If a child testifies on a stand that an adult touched them, it IS enough.

I hope you never get jury duty on such a case....

The McMartin preschool trial was a day care sexual abuse case of the 1980s. Members of the McMartin family, who operated a preschool in California, were charged with numerous acts of sexual abuse of children in their care. Accusations were made in 1983. Arrests and the pretrial investigation ran from 1984 to 1987, and the trial ran from 1987 to 1990. After six years of criminal trials, no convictions were obtained, and all charges were dropped in 1990. When the trial ended in 1990 it had been the longest and most expensive criminal trial in American history.[1] The case was part of day care sex abuse hysteria, a moral panic over alleged Satanic ritual abuse in the 1980s and early 1990s.

I wasn't stating an opinion... merely that physical evidence after a long time span isn't expected.
Also, Wikipedia? Really Darth? Really?
I expected better.

Then you must not be around children these days.
They change their story from moment to moment.
The key to finding out if they are being truthful is to look for ANY additional evidence. Like she knows he has a mole on his pecker, Someone in the next room saw him coming out of her door after midnight, etc.
But to say, "If they say it, that means he is guilty" is a dangerous point of view.

Are you honestly saying that an accusation is all that's needed in your opinion to convict someone of something as serious as raping a child? And here, want a better source? try this...

Or This
Unless you're too young to remember the 80s, this case should be well known to you. Several people had their lives totally ruined based on nothing but false accusations of molesting kids at the daycare they were running. Yes, child molestation is a horrible crime and for those genuinely guilty of such a crime I'm all for putting them up against a wall to face a firing squad. But at the same time you've got to understand that there are cases where false accusations are made.
