When I bought house they left me a refrigerator. Honestly I don't even know if I'd put it out there.
Really just want sink, cabinets/counter and fire pit mainly. Like I said before grill will be regular pit on rollers

I'd do a designed spot for an eventual green egg type pit. It's too common for outdoor kitchen to have the dual gas pit and smoker pit for different occasions.
