I didn't get info from media. Several friends down for visits. They said nothing to really draw from it, too vanilla.

"Our QB's played well today. Certainly we look forward to enjoying improved play at the quarterback position in the coming season. Ahh I believe we had 2 touchdown passes and 1 interception today. I don't recall who threw those. As one might expect with LSU, our defense came ready to play today. Kevin Steele has brought the type of passion we're going to enjoy. Certainly this early, we see some things we have a want to improve upon but overall I think this was a very quality practice with a group of hungry young men."

Oh ok, are you like a coach or something? I saw people on the REC board talk to you with authority

you can expect him to brag on at least 3 players that will not play more than 5 plays the entire season.

According to SDS, Miles said that Anthony Jennings was slightly more productive than Brandon Harris at quarterback.
Sounds rather vague.

Deceptively honest = blatantly dishonest. This is Miles summary from the first scrimmage.

'There were no fumbles and only one interception, but Miles was not sure which quarterback threw the interception or what player caught it.' (right)

"One of those defensive backs," he said. "It wasn't a bad pass, but it could've been thrown better. It may have been by Brandon Harris."

If KTII had not posted his interception which showed AJ throwing to Dural in double coverage and the ball just dying 10 yds short, we would have been left to believe Harris threw it. KTII had to stop to catch it. It was a terrible pass.

Same thing applies to the 57 yd pass by Harris to DJ Chark. That was a laser and showed off the fastest player on the team beating KT and Harris hitting him in stride.

You heard wrong and I'll leave it at that. Actually, the word is that JJ is separating himself....I mean AJ.

Harris did not get all first string reps. Was split evenly. Miles was not deceptive what he said about this scrimmage is what happened.

And yes BH-1, AJ-1. AJ was better this scrimmage hands down. Harris had a better first scrimmage

Jennings did do better this scrimmage. Harris did better last scrimmage. Seems back and forth right now
That's not good news.

BH was being compelled by the power of Christ to come in and take over the QB position. Apparently he hasn't done that. So, we got two weeks left in Spring practice, then Summer and Fall practice for the light to come on for him.

Whoopty Doo, Jennings is improved over last season. Has he improved dramatically enough to be a QB that can lead the team to first place in the SEC West? That's all that matters at minimum. SEC West Champions......

Jennings really did make a couple of really good throws. And more importantly no bad ones. He does look improved. And I was very critical of him last year

Long time till game one too. Alot can happen over a summer. If you think about it really there isn't a lot of time between the bowl game and spring. I think the summer will mean more than the spring.
