Most "professionals" i've run across wouldn't tough that plug close to the sidewall like that. I did have one send me down to the Mexicans down the street though, and I got another year out of a tire just like that.

ETA: I say this and I generally think the tire guys are fricking me. Your pic is a no-brainer though

I'm gonna head to the tire shop in the morning. Can't stand having mismatched tires, so I guess I'm gonna spring the G for a whole new set. I have sold old tires on CL before, so hopefully I can get a couple hundred for these three that are still good
