Durant might not return this season...

Thunder GM Sam Presti held a press conference on Friday in which he announced that Kevin Durant will be "removed from all basketball activities" because he's not making the progress OKC had hoped for. Source: Royce Young on Twitter

While Presti did not say that Durant will remain sidelined for the remainder of the season, he said that Durant will be "out indefinitely" due to ongoing soreness in his surgically repaired right foot. "If that takes the rest of the regular season, if that takes the rest of the playoffs, that’s what it takes," said Presti. It doesn't sound like Durant is anywhere close to making a return to the court after experiencing his most recent setback, so he can probably be dropped in most leagues for those fighting to make it through the first round of the playoffs.

Impossible. The Pelicans are the only team that has had to deal with injuries this year.

Okie said there was nothing to worry about, the soreness is normal.

The Bay Area is organizing a massive circle jerk right now

At this point, I am convinced that if the Pelicans were healthy and in the east, they would be on pace for 75 wins this season.

Whelp Westbrook. This is what you wanted, to be the man. We'll see how far he gets them.

7 footers with a foot injury is never a good thing.

No Pelican fan thinks this. But they'd win 50+ easily with a healthy roster and in the east.

Keep telling yourself that. Pelicans are 16-14 vs the east this year.
