I'm shooting for EM, but may end up with IM. I don't really have anything I'm 100% against. Except Peds. I do not want Peds. Dealing with a few crazy parents back in my ER-tech days was more than I want to do for the rest of my life

Jose, food for thought on that issue. You can do IM, go on to other fellowships like cardiology, work in a clinic or as a hospitalist. If you choose IM, you can always moonlight in ERs on the weekends for extra cash if you enjoy working the ER.

However, if you choose EM, you are pretty much pigeon-holed in EM.

I am shooting for IM. Peds and OB are the only 2 that I have ruled out at the moment.

Jose, does your school allow you to do rotations in the UK?
