Beautiful young girl worked for us. While taking a bath, she had an epileptic seizure and drowned.

Speaking of children and off road accidents here's what might be my two other submissions:
Kid in the grade below died in HS playing the joking game. He was 15. His best friend found him when he showed up to pick him up for school. He found him when he went into his room to wake him up and found him with a belt around his neck and his pants around his ankle.
Another friend from HS was practicing motocross with his little brother who fell off his dirt bike at the height of a jump and the dirt bike landed on his chest and neck. He was still 13.

A car drug one of friends when I was a kid for such a long some of his body parts tore off.
Another friend of mine a couple years back ran into a flatbed truck on his bike . The truck's trailer lights were not working and it's assumed he was going about 150 mph on his bike.

Friend of mine when I was a kid had a father that rode a motorcycle. While we were playing in a T-Ball game, his father wrecked and slid off the road where he was decapitated when a stop sign pole cut him off at the neck.

Knew a guy, brothers good friend, who was one of the Blackwater contractors who was ambushed and killed in Fallujah. They were killed, bodies mutilated, dragged through the streets and hung from a bridge to display.

Well I don't work in the Peds ICU and that is one of the reasons. I couldn't deal with some of the deaths they deal with on a regular basis.
Another very disturbing child death that I will always vividly remember was a toddler beaten to death with a baseball bat by her racist grandfather(child was biracial).

Friend burned to death in airplane wreckage
Couple of friends disappeared with 2 small children. They were in a boat going to their cabin, all that was ever found was a couple of children's toys floating in the water. That's always disturbed me.

Cop that was friend of another of our co-workers was at the scene. Called it "a half-mile long horror show". Couldn't even imagine.
I didn't know this person but last year a handicapped woman got hit by a bus in 5 points Birmingham and dragged an entire block. The stain in the street was visible down the whole block for months after.

I have an ex, one of her best friends was abducted and murdered by a serial killer in new York in the 90s.
He was busted and they actually discovered her rotting body in the back of his vehicle.
