This is from "energyfanatics" who deal with this kind of material all the time: HAARP is bad stuff.

quote:

The U.S. government has admitted that it has the technologies to manipulate the weather using very powerful and advanced energy beaming technologies. One of those technologies is known by the name of HAARP or High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. One of the most well-known HAARPs is located in Gakona, Alaska. The U.S. is not the only country that has advanced energy beaming technologies. Many of the industrialized countries have them too, including Great Britain, Russia and China.

The paragraph below is an excerpt from Haarp.net. According to the patents of HAARP, it can be used to manipulate the weather.

The patent said:

“… large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction.”

“Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.”

You remind me of myself at 13 when I first found conspiracy theories. What a fun time this is.
